I wanted to buy a cordless stick vacuum for a while and there was no way I would buy the Dyson products as my first buy. This one by ILIFE is good and bang for the buck, according to a conversation I read on Twitter. I had put it on m,y wishlist since then and finally one fine day when the price dropped, I ordered one for Rs. 10k, excluding the cashback.
LIFE G80 Cordless Stick Vacuum has 250 Watt, 22000Pa Powerful Suction, 45mins Runtime, 4 Stage Cyclone Filtration, Special Side Brush Design to Clean All Corners. and is Lightweight at 1.95 kg.
It comes with the main unit, motorized floor head with an extra brush, wall mount, 2-in-one suction nozzle, crevice tool, storage dock, all surface roller brush, extra washable filter, 0extended wand, and a power adapter.
The main unit is moderate in weight for one-handed handling. Attachment of the tools with each other is easy with just a push and a button to remove.
Cleaning of the unit is easy with the backside, which can be opened with a button. Inside there are plastic parts and a filter which is washable.
Noise from the unit is mild in the automatic mode but gets a little louder in the maximum power mode. Battery life is good in the normal mode but is around 15 mins in power mode. Also in power mode, the main unit heats up and needs cooling.
Suction power is good for both normal and power mode. I had no problem cleaning floor, walls, and other parts of my house. Different tools can be attached based on the place you want to clean. I remember seeing on the TeleBrands ads on TV that their vacuum cleaner could lift a bowling ball with its suction power. I tried to lift a cloth and the unit shut down due to pressure generation in the unit as written in the manual.
Charging takes around 3 hours for full charge, which is okay and could have been better. I have chosen to wall mount the unit as it keeps the machine away from my kid.
Overall this is a good value for money vacuum cleaner. My wife is very happy with the product and so am I.
