My Asus ZenBook UX305CA Laptop was not waking from sleep when lid was closed or sleep button was pressed. The issue can be seen in the video.
A simple solution which I found for the issue is to update the display drivers by going to Control Panel/ Device Manager/ Display Adapters/ Intel HD Graphics 505. Right click on it and update the drivers. Problem will be solved.
